This is my closet in our Shasta. It contains everything except my coat and shoes.
I am a big fan of capsule wardrobes and have been doing Project 333 for years.
On top of closet is McFinn, my beloved sheep from Ireland. I purchased McFinn on our trip to Ireland in 2004. At that time we called him “McFinn guard the car.” Now he is “McFinn guard the RV.”
We finally made it to an Xscapers Convergence! The Xscapers Joshua Tree Convergence was a blast! It is actually still going on, but we had to leave early due to my (Kimberly’s) grandfather being put in the hospital.
You might be asking, “What is Xscapers?”
“Xscapers is a support network geared toward a new generation of RVers who have not yet retired and who have already, or are aspiring to, hit the road pursuing a full-time or part-time nomadic lifestyle.”
We all boondocked on some BLM land south of the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. It was a lovely area. We had campfires and lively discussions. We met so many wonderful and interesting fellow Rv’ers!
Scott coined this term for our stay at Windy Hill Campground at beautiful Roosevelt Lake in Tonto National Forest. We were boondocking aka dry camping and “glamping.” We got out the pendant banner, fairy lights, outdoor rug, put the awning out, etc. We do not normally camp with all these frills, just felt like taking some “glamour” shots of Wings.
